When a loved one dies, it is always distressing, and even more so if it happens abroad. At EASEASSIST, we understand what you are going through and we are here to guide and support you through this difficult time.
Please Note :
If there is an insurance policy:
If your loved one had an insurance policy, the very first step for you is to get in contact with the Insurance Company. They will let you know if they have a protocol to follow in such cases. Most employee and travel insurance policies will include a Repatriation of Remains Coverage. This means that the Insurance Company will cover the transportation of your loved one’s body back to your home country.
Since we collaborate with a number of local and international Insurance Companies, get in touch with us to know if we collaborate with your Insurance Company as well.
If there is no insurance policy:
In the instance that your loved one did not have an insurance policy, we are here to take care of all of your needs.
