Cremation Services
in Egypt
Cremation is a method of final disposition of a body through burning. Numerous cemeteries in Egypt and around the world have cremation facilities. We have our own cremators at our branches. The furnaces used for cremation take as little as 2-3 hours
for this process to be complete. Families can then decide to keep the ashes of their loved ones in an urn, to scatter the ashes or to bury them.
Our service includes:
* Dressing and Cleaning the body
* Documentation
* Police Clearance
* Embassy/Consulate Clearance
* Municipality permit and Cremation permit
* Local and imported coffins or urns
* Booking assistance for florists, church and cremation services
* Local removal from morgue to church or crematorium for funeral rituals
Preparation of the body
The body will be washed, sanitized and dressed in a white cotton sheet
for cremation. The preparation is similar to that for burial, except that in direct cremations within 2-3 hours the bones are reduced to ashes.
The ashes are then swept out of the cremation chamber and placed in an urn.
How Long Does Cremation Take?
Cremation takes between two and three hours on average.
Can You Bury Cremains?
You can bury or scatter cremains in a cemetery or other location, but always ask first before you scatter remains.
Do All Religions Allow Cremation?
Cremation was once taboo in many religions, but that is no longer the case. Now, most major religions allow for cremation, with some even encouraging it.
How long after cremation are the cremated remains ready?
Once the cremation takes place, it usually takes between 3 to 5 days business days for the cremated remains to be returned. Ease Assist will arrange a date and time for you to pick up them up.
